Changes to the School Meal ordering system
In response to the comments regarding meal ordering and payment, we changed our cashless payment system from ParentPay to School Money. Our Before and After School Club, Dinner Money booking and payment, School trips, Extra Curricular Activities, Non-Uniform Days and PA events use the system. First time users will receive email with login details and instructions to set up your account.
The following meal ordering and payment procedure has replaced the existing Fronter and ParentPay routines.
School Money Instructions for Parents
Log onto the school money website www.schoolmoney.co.uk
Enter the mobile number you have supplied to the school
Enter the email address you have supplied to the school
Enter the password you received from School Money
Click on LOGIN
Enter the first name of the child you are logging on for.
Check the box beside Dinner Money Top up
Select the week you want to order for
Select your meal choices and make payment if required
The exact value of meals ordered must be paid for in advance to confirm the order. If full payment is not made the School Money system will not order your child’s meal and a packed lunch will need to be provided every day.This new system is “one stop”, meal choices cannot be stored and returned to at a later date.
Orders for children eligible for Free School Meals or Universal Infant Free School Meals (Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 pupils) should be made following the same procedure, no payment will be required.
The deadline for orders will be 12.00 midday on Thursday for meals for the following week.
We use fresh, high quality ingredients from local suppliers wherever necessary.
