BWI Primary School has an inclusive admissions policy that applies to all children and families. Admissions to Reception are the responsibility of Hillingdon Local Authority https://archive.hillingdon.gov.uk/primary all other in-year admissions for your other year groups (1-6) can be made by contacting the school office at email@example.com. Intakes are monitored very carefully across age and gender groupings to the best educational benefit of the children. If more applications are made than spaces are available, places will be offered using our published admissions criteria.
(i.e. Applications for admission to year groups other than Reception and for Reception outside the normal time table of application).
You can choose to apply for an In-Year Admission place directly through BWI School by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or calling on 01895 633520. When applying directly through BWI School, parents/carers will be required to complete an Application Form available on this website or from the School Office. Please contact the School Office if you require more information or have any questions.
If you are applying to BWI School on the basis of your faith, you will be required to complete and return a supplementary Clergy Reference Form obtainable either direct from the School Office or from this website so that the Governing Body may confirm your eligibility under our faith criteria.
If a place is available and there is no waiting list for the relevant year group, then BWI School, if you have applied directly, or your Local Authority, will communicate the Governing Body’s offer of a place at BWI to you.
If there are no places available at the time of application, the school will write to you with this information and advise your Local Authority.
BWI is a Church of England Primary School and welcomes applications from families of the Christian faith, other faiths and no faith, who wish their children to participate in the ethos of this Church School.
If you wish to support your application by a declaration of active participation in a religious organisation, please download a Clergy Reference Form from the link below or collect one from the School Office and after completion, return it to the school by the date for the return of the Application Form.
If your child has a statement of special educational needs or an EHCP your child will be admitted to our school if BWI is the named school.
