In-Year Admissions

BWI Primary School has an inclusive admissions policy that applies to all children and families. Admissions to Reception are the responsibility of Hillingdon Local Authority https://archive.hillingdon.gov.uk/primary all other in-year admissions for your other year groups (1-6) can be made by contacting the school office at office@bwi.org.uk. Intakes are monitored very carefully across age and gender groupings to the best educational benefit of the children. If more applications are made than spaces are available, places will be offered using our published admissions criteria.

In-Year Admissions

(i.e. Applications for admission to year groups other than Reception and for Reception outside the normal time table of application).

You can choose to apply for an In-Year Admission place directly through BWI School by contacting office@bwi.org.uk or calling on 01895 633520.  When applying directly through BWI School, parents/carers will be required to complete an Application Form available below for you to download and submit or paper copies can be obtained from the School Office.  Please contact the School Office if you require more information or have any questions.

If you are applying to BWI School on the basis of your faith, you will be required to complete and return a supplementary Clergy Reference Form obtainable either direct from the School Office or again can be found below so that the Governing Body may confirm your eligibility under our faith criteria.

If a place is available and there is no waiting list for the relevant year group, then BWI School, if you have applied directly, or your Local Authority, will communicate the Governing Body’s offer of a place at BWI to you.

If there are no places available at the time of application, the school will write to you with this information and advise your Local Authority.
